<div itemprop="description"><br />After a lengthy illness, Daphne passed away with family and close friends by her side on Wednesday, March 18, 2015. <br />Loving daughter of Aphrodite Floros and the late Demetrios Floros. Beloved sister of Eleni Floros. <br />Daphne will be missed by her family and many friends that adored her for her great wit, intelligence and kind heart. She was a true and loyal friend who was well known for her sense of humour, selfless spirit, generosity and great charm. <br />Throughout her career at the William Osler Health System for more than 30 years, Daphne was well respected for her ideas and knowledge from her early days as a general radiology technologist to more senior positions in diagnostic imaging and most recently as a PACS Administrator. Daphne was amongst the first 20 people in Canada to receive the CIIP designation (Certified Imaging Informatics Professional). <br /> <br />We were so blessed to have Daphne in our lives and will miss her terribly. <br /> <br />Friends and family may call to the Lynett Funeral Home (3299 Dundas St W., 1 block east of Runnymede Rd.) on Sunday, March 22 from 2-4 &amp; 7-9 p.m. <br />Funeral Service will be held at Sts. Helen and Constantine Greek Orthodox Church (1 Brookhaven Dr.) on Monday, March 23 at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Prospect Cemetery. <br />In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Princess Margaret Hospital Palliative Care or Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church. <br /></div>
